Terms of Service

These Terms apply to all clients who book and receive services through Danielle’s Table.

1. Scope of Service

Danielle’s Table offers therapeutic massage sessions focused on deep tissue massage and muscular recovery. Massage therapy is not a substitute for medical diagnosis or treatment, and clients are encouraged to consult a licensed physician for any health concerns or conditions

Clients must disclose all relevant health information and agree to keep Danielle informed of any changes to their physical condition. Massage may result in mild side effects such as fatigue, increased urination, or muscle soreness — all of which are considered normal responses.

2. Payment & Insurance

Payment is due after your session by cash, check, Venmo, CashApp, or Zelle.

If you are using health insurance, and for any reason your policy does not cover your session (e.g., deductible not met, benefit not approved), you agree to pay the contracted amount as determined by your insurer.

Danielle’s Table, LLC reserves the right to take legal action against non-payment. In such cases, the client will be responsible for all legal fees and additional costs incurred during the collection process.

3. Cancellations & No-Shows

All cancelled appointments — regardless of when the cancellation is made — are charged in full, as time is reserved exclusively for you.

Missed or repeatedly rescheduled appointments may result in the requirement of a credit card to hold future bookings. Insurance clients are also responsible for full session fees if appointments are not honored.

4. Conduct Policy

Clients are expected to treat Danielle’s Table and its staff with respect and professionalism at all times.

Any inappropriate behavior, including but not limited to sexual remarks, harassment, aggressive actions, or condescending language, will result in:

  • Immediate termination of the session.

  • Permanent banning from future appointments.

  • Forfeiture of any active memberships or prepaid sessions without refund.

In addition, a clean-up or damage fee of $500 will be charged to any client who damages property, equipment, or furnishings belonging to Danielle’s Table. This includes intentional damage or excessive mess that requires professional cleaning or replacement.

Danielle’s Table maintains a zero-tolerance policy for violations of this conduct agreement.

5. Professional Boundaries & Conduct

Draping will be used at all times during your session, and is not optional or negotiable. Only the area of the body being worked on will be undraped, in accordance with professional standards and Oregon state massage therapy laws.

Any inappropriate behavior, including sexual innuendos, requests, or advances, will result in the immediate termination of the session and will also result in being permanently banned from any and all future services.

Full payment will still be required for the scheduled session, regardless of early termination due to misconduct.

6. Gift Certificates

All purchased gift certificates are subject to expiration as noted. All gift certificates are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase. Refunds will not be issued for expired or revoked services due to policy violations.

7. Disclaimer & Liability

Danielle’s Table shall not be held liable for:

  • Undisclosed medical conditions or client failure to provide accurate information.

  • Reactions to massage therapy when proper protocols were followed.

  • External services (e.g., payment processors or insurance handling delays).
