Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

All cancellations must be completed online through the booking system.

To avoid being charged, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows me to offer that time to another client who may be waiting for an opening.

If you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice or fail to cancel online, the full session fee will apply — even if you’re using a gift certificate or promotional coupon. In those cases, the certificate will be forfeited.

“No-shows” — clients who miss their appointment without notice — will also be charged the full amount of the session. If this happens more than once, you may be required to secure future bookings with a credit card. Refusal to provide this may result in discontinuing our services.

Emergencies & Illnesses

Life happens, and I understand that. If you’re experiencing any of the following, please cancel — and you will not be charged:

  • Fever, vomiting, or diarrhea within 24 hours

  • Recent hospitalization

  • Sick children who need your care

  • Severe weather, such as ice storms, that make travel unsafe

Please text or reschedule online if you’re feeling unwell or facing an emergency. Your health and safety come first — always.

Late Arrivals

Your appointment time is reserved just for you. If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to stay on schedule for other clients.

Regardless of how much time remains, the full session fee will apply.

If you miss an appointment or cancel at the last minute for an insurance massage, you will be billed for the full cost of the session.

Gift Cards

Gift cards are valid for six months from the date of purchase. Please check the expiration date to ensure you redeem your services in time.
