ALL CANCELLATIONS MUST BE DONE ONLINE!
A 24 hour advance notice is required when canceling an appointment.
This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule a massage in Portland, OR.
Please understand that if you are unable to cancel the appointment online, you will be charged the full amount of the appointment.
Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment for whatever reason will be considered a “no-show”.
You will be charged for your “missed” appointment!
Cancelling of an appointment in less than 24 hours or failure to attend a scheduled appointment with the intent on redeeming a gift certificate or coupon will result in the forfeiting of that certificate. Recognizing that I set aside the scheduled time just for you, have other clients to consider and have to maintain a smoothly running business, I do find it necessary to charge for appointments that are repetitively changed on the day of the scheduled appointment. This fee is the cost of the session. Clients who have cancelled at the last minute or have failed to show up for a scheduled appointment will be asked to guarantee future appointments with a credit card. Refusal to provide me with the credit card information will result in termination of our relationship.
We do understand emergencies and illnesses do occur. If you have a fever, have been in the hospital, have been vomiting or have had diarrhea within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment, or it begins a couple of hours prior to your scheduled session, or your children are ill and you need to be at home, please cancel. Equally, if there is an ice storm, please do not drive or walk on the ice if you do not have to. Feel free to text and reschedule your appointment. There will be no charge for these types of cancellations.
If you are on a monthly plan, please be considerate to let me know ahead of time that you are going on holiday, so that I can reschedule you and I can make the appointment available to someone else.
LATE ARRIVALS
Appointment times have been arranged specifically for you. If a client arrives late his or her session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments that follow theirs. Depending upon how late the client arrives, Danielle’s Table, LLC reserves the right to determine if there is enough time remaining to start a treatment.
Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, the client will be responsible for the “full” session.
